is available via UPS to the continental 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping
calculations are made according to package weight and the distance to your
location. For time critical deliveries, refer to the UPS Ground Zone Chart to compare
delivery times to your address via rush delivery methods (see "Rush
Delivery Methods" below).
Alternate shipping methods: FedEx Collect is
available if you have a FedEx account. Please call or include your

same day. Graytex prides itself on its excellent record of prompt
shipments and we are often able to ship orders the same day even if
received later than 2:00PM CT.

have a deadline to meet, let us know and we will do our best to help you
meet it. Rush delivery options include: UPS Next Day Air
("Red"), UPS 2nd Day Air ("Blue"), and UPS 3-Day Select
("Orange"). No additional handling fee is added to rush
orders.

Exceptional Situations, which may affect shipping schedules:

Certain
large or bulk-quantity orders may delay a shipment. An item that is
backordered may cause a shipment to be delayed; however, backorders at
Graytex are rare (less than 1%).
