Each ream contains 500 sheets of collated bond paper.  The number of sets in one ream depends on whether you are using 2, 3, 4, or 5-part.  Refer to the pricing table below.

Traditional carbonless forms may become unnecessary when converting to laser-printed invoices since the laser printer now prints the entire form PLUS the data for each particular invoice.  In many cases the write-through properties of the carbonless paper are no longer needed.

The Difference in Our Collated Laser Paper

Our collated laser paper prints copies in the color format used by carbonless paper printing, but with a difference. With carbonless paper you must be certain of the methods you print with, for example: how you feed the paper into your printer, which side of the paper is facing which direction, and so on. You must print on the image side of carbonless paper only so that once you have printed the copies in colored order (for instance, white, then pink, then yellow) you can then write by hand and make copies through the top sheet onto the other copies underneath. The advantage is that you have just made all the copies at once. The disadvantage is that you must press down with adequate pressure and use a ball point pen. Also, some printers can have a certain amount of attitude when it comes to printing that make them difficult enough to work with, without having to deal with the specifications of carbonless paper. While we supply carbonless paper, we also find that quality laser paper meets the needs of many of our customers. Our standard bond collated laser paper prints one sheet at a time, easily and quickly. It collates according to color to make multiple copies of an invoice available. Our laser paper is no-mess. With laser paper you can print blank forms or type the data directly into the invoice before printing. It also costs less than carbonless paper.

Collated laser papers also can be ordered in 2-part, 4-part, and 5-part collated colored sets. This allows for a variety of invoice copies so that you can keep up with the needs of your company's record keeping. Each of these has the various colors alternating just like the 3-part, only with fewer or more colors depending on the number and type of copies you need. They come that way in the ream, which is convenient as well.
