Most orders received by 2:00PM Central Time Monday thru Friday are shipped out the same day.  Graytex prides itself on its excellent record of prompt shipments and we are often able to ship orders the same day even if received later than 2:00PM CT.

RUSH delivery methods

If you have a deadline to meet, let us know and we will do our best to help you meet it. Rush delivery options include:  UPS Next Day Air ("Red"), UPS 2nd Day Air ("Blue"), and UPS 3-Day Select ("Orange").  No additional handling fee is added to rush orders.

Exceptional Situations, which may affect shipping schedules:

Certain large or bulk-quantity orders may delay a shipment. An item that is backordered may cause a shipment to be delayed; however, backorders at Graytex are rare (less than 1%).
